If you would prefer us to contact you at a certain time of the day, please let us know. We are more than happy to call when it’s convenient. If you wish to send the complaint to us in writing, then that’s fine too. Either way we will try to work with you to respond to the complaint as soon as possible.


Once we receive your form, we will carry out an investigation into the points you have raised. If you are not happy with the outcome of our investigation or we don't get back to you within 8 weeks, you may contact the Financial Ombudsman Service at or Exchange Tower, London E14 9SR or 0800 023 4567.
