New registration processing: 2 workings days after all required information is received
Cases reviewed: Within six working day of receipt 
Documents reviewed  Within six working days of receipt
DIP sent: Instant
Offer sent: Within one working days of receipt of final document*
Average time from application to offer: 14 working days
